Got him!

The Detroit Lions did their thing on the recent edition of “Sunday Night Football,” pulling off a comeback to chalk up a 26-23 victory over the Houston Texans to place themselves at an elite 8-1 on the campaign. Dan Campbell & Co. have become a legitimate Super Bowl contender, and apparently grade-A trolls while they’re at it.

Before the game, ESPN commentator Ryan Clark made the prediction that Houston running back Joe Mixon and his owners in fantasy football were “bout to have a night!” (RELATED: Bears HC Matt Eberflus Flat Out Embarrassed During Interview After Radio Host Completely Toasts Him Live On Air)

Except… They didn’t. Mixon was absolutely horrendous, only managing 46 rushing yards off 25 carries. He did manage to score a touchdown, but his yardage numbers were terrible, only putting up an average of 1.8 yards per carry. Oh, and his longest run of the game was a measly eight yards.

Yeah… It was pretty bad. Just like Ryan Clark’s prediction. And the Lions let him know about it Monday with a simple, yet brutal social media post.

You know what’s awesome about this Detroit Lions football team?

They’re actually going to be entertaining to watch on Thanksgiving this year. I can’t wait to have Dan Campbell screaming in my face while I’m trying to eat a leftover turkey sandwich with too much mustard on it (happens every year). Just don’t make me choke on my stuffing with some of this incredible content!

Damn, I can’t wait for the holidays! And more importantly, Turkey Day football!
