He gone!
Quarterback Miller Moss has decided to leave USC and enter the NCAA transfer portal, according to ESPN who spoke with him in a phone call. He later confirmed the news in a social media post.
Moss started 10 games while he was with the Trojans, with that stretch beginning in 2021. Already making USC aware of his move, he has one year of eligibility left in his college career. “I really enjoyed my time at USC,” said Moss to the four-letter network. “It was transformative for my life as a whole and for me growing up for the last few years. I’m thankful. I gave that program everything I had.
“There comes a point where there’s a time to move on to new opportunities, and I’m hoping to better myself as a person and a player.”
During his time as a Trojan, Moss tallied 3,469 passing yards and 27 touchdowns, with 65.9% of his passes being completed. In the 2024 season, Moss racked up 2,555 passing yards and 18 touchdowns. Moss was USC’s starting quarterback for nine games before getting replaced.

I can’t help but to knock USC for mismanaging Miller Moss.
Don’t get me wrong, I don’t think he’s a Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback or anything, but he has quite productive numbers. And not just that, but Moss has the elements of age and experience, which would have been a great setup for the Trojans going into the last season of his college career.
But whatever, I’ll take the popcorn entertainment of a portal bidding war.
