My response to the haters: Get over it, we’re in charge now.
T.J. Oshie, a hockey star for both the Washington Capitals and Team USA, was forced to defend his love for America after he was blasted over a social media post that related to President Donald Trump (man, I love writing that) being inaugurated Monday. Oshie took to Twitter to post a graphic of the president that read “America Is Back” in all capital letters with an accompanying message. He added the caption “God Bless America” to the post with an emoji of the American flag.
“Every single day I will be fighting for you with every breath in my body,” read the message from Trump. “I will not rest until we have delivered the strong, safe and prosperous America that our children deserve and that you deserve. This will truly be the golden age of America.”

I choose to respect everyone until you prove me otherwise. If it makes you feel better to chirp me over the internet it’s cool. Although I don’t see the honor in it and it seems silly.”

Like I said, man … Get over it, we’re in charge now. Carry on, T.J.
