Selena Gomez Blubbers Over Deportations From Her Hollywood Mansion

Selena Gomez filmed herself ugly-crying on Instagram over the deportation of Mexicans out of the U.S.

She sobbed uncontrollably in the emotional video shared Monday on her Instagram Story and was blasted by fans so relentlessly that she took down the post moments later. The 32-year old, who formerly dated fellow pop star Justin Bieber, couldn’t keep it together for a second in the video. Tears streamed down her face as she bawled.

“All my people are getting attacked, the children. I don’t understand. I’m so sorry, I wish I could do something but I can’t,” Gomez said. “I don’t know what to do. I’ll try everything, I promise.”

Frankly, I’d do anything to get her to stop blubbering over undocumented immigrants being forced to leave the country, as she shits pretty in her Hollywood mansion.

This is one of the most un-relatable videos Gomez could have shared. She’s one of the most followed stars on Instagram and has topped Forbes’ billionaire list. It seems unlikely that she’s so tapped into the Mexican struggle that it would bring her to tears. The “I’ll do everything, I promise” part of her video is going to fall on deaf ears unless she plans on taking some of her cash and putting it toward the cause she says she believes in so much.

The video put Gomez under the spotlight as being yet another celebrity who talks a whole lot but fails to act.

It’s no wonder she was so easily shamed by critics that she wiped her account clean of the evidence.

The 32-year-old captioned her sobbing video with the words, “I’m sorry,” next to an emoji of the Mexican flag, before she decided to delete the whole post.

Gomez returned to social media after eliminating the post, and shared the message, “apparently it’s not ok to show empathy for people.”

I seriously question anyone who cries so hard about something they say they believe in so whole-heartedly … only to delete everything and blame social media for allegedly making her do it.

I may have respected her a tiny bit if she could stick to her guns and keep the post up despite the backlash. (RELATED: Editor Daily Rundown: Trump Forces Colombian President To Accept Deportation Flights)

The way she handled this made her crying seem fake, annoying and pointless since she didn’t care enough to stand by her own so-called belief system.
