Anyways, it’s been a horrendous time to be a Dallas Mavericks fan. Ever since they traded their superstar Luka Doncic to LeBron & Co., that entire city and fanbase has been spiraling down a ring of depression. And that sting got a lot worse Tuesday night.
The Lakers and Mavericks squared off against each other at Crypto.com Arena, and with Luka just getting to Southern California, this was obviously his first time playing against his old team. But not only did Luka want to show out for his new people, he hooked them up tremendously before the game. Doncic bought free parking for fans, every single one of them who came to the game. Ask any Los Angeles citizen and they’ll tell how big of a deal that is. And as far as that showing out part, that’s exactly what Doncic did putting up a triple-double performance to lead the Lake Show over the Mavs, 107-99.
You know Doncic wanted revenge after being shipped off, and that’s exactly what he got — and Los Angeles fans got some free parking and a win out of it!

On the flip side of everything, I do feel bad for Dallas, especially since the whole Luka trade kinda killed one of my favorite songs at the moment (he got mentioned in it).
Still one of the weirdest trades I’ve ever seen, if not the weirdest.
