As someone who exercises everyday and counts calories like they’re going out of style, I can personally tell you that there’s a lot of different ways to stay/get healthy. But when it comes to President Donald Trump, there’s one thing that sticks out on his list of reasons for maintaining grade-A health.
White House physician Sean Barbabella released Sunday a memo that spoke about the recent health report of the president. A physical ailment here, a physical ailment there, sure, but Barbabella stated that Trump is in tip-top condition when it comes to his health.

The physician said that staying busy has Trump‘s health in order, but there’s another reason that the good ol’ doc pointed out as to why the 78-year-old is at the top of his game.
“His active lifestyle continues to contribute significantly to his well-being,” Barbabella said. “President Trump’s days include participation in multiple meetings, public appearances, press availability, and frequent victories in golf events.”
