Police reportedly arrested boxer Floyd Diaz in Las Vegas on charges of possession of a stolen vehicle and carrying a concealed weapon without a permit.
A report published Monday by TMZ indicated Las Vegas Metro Police pulled Diaz over while he was allegedly driving a stolen vehicle earlier in April. The outlet reported that a patrol unit was alerted to the stolen vehicle. During a traffic stop, police said they found the 21-year-old boxer carrying a firearm that he was not legally allowed to possess, according to TMZ.

Diaz was reportedly booked into the Clark County jail on the two Class C felonies. His bail was set at $10,000, according to TMZ. It remains unclear if he has since been released from police custody.
The undefeated boxing star faces up to 5 years in prison for each charge, in addition to significant fines, according to TMZ.
Diaz was born and raised in Las Vegas and currently holds a 13-0 bantamweight record. His last fight was against Mario Hernandez at Madison Square Garden in September. Diaz dominated and won by unanimous decision.

The WBC World Champion has not publicly addressed the reported charges. His last social media post dates back to the end of February and is a showcase of his boxing skills. Other videos and images shared to his Instagram account include Diaz posing in front of luxury vehicles, as well as a series of clips from the ring.
