RICOs and transgenderism … the DOJ has been busy as of late!
Back in January, President Donald Trump inked an executive order intended to “keep men out of women’s sports,” and the federal government has gone all out to make sure they deliver on that. With that being said, multiple states have blatantly disregarded the E.O., making the decision that it’s better to be “woke” than not messing up the lives of females for getting screwed over by a male in sports.
Well, you can go ahead and slap Oregon on that list of opposition, joining the states that are being investigated by the Department of Justice (DOJ) for possible violations to Title IX connected to transgender (biological male) athletes being allowed to participate in both girls’ and women’s sports. Oregon was already being investigated by the DOJ, but things have ratcheted up. (RELATED: California Makes Major Decision Regarding Trans Athletes In Girls Track And Field, But It’s Not Good Enough)
Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dillon issued a letter May 23 to three attorneys who requested a probe into each the Oregon Department of Education and the Oregon School Activities Association (OSAA). The letter says that the feds are investigating both entities.
“My office will work in coordination with other federal agencies and units, including the Title IX Special Investigations Team and the Department of Education’s Office of Civil Rights to determine whether the Oregon Department of Education and the Oregon School Activities Association have violated the obligations under Title IX, among other federal laws and regulations,” wrote Dillon.
Assistant AG @HarmeetKDhillon confirms the DOJ is now investigating Oregon for potential Title IX violations after many female athletes have filed complaints.

I’d rather cover RICOs … let’s get rid of this quick, DOJ.
