Vice President Kamala Harris is in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to discuss her economic policy, saying she will offer a proposal to secure manufacturing jobs in the United States.

In rallies held in North Carolina and New Hampshire, Harris talked about offering a $6,000 child tax credit, $25,000 in assistance for first-time homebuyers, and tax deductions for small business startups.
This will mark Harris’s fourth visit to the Pittsburgh area since becoming the Democratic presidential nominee.
