“Jane Roe” filed a lawsuit Thursday in California, accusing country music legend Garth Brooks of rape, sexual assault and battery.
Roe claimed to have worked for Brooks as a hair and makeup stylist when the alleged incidents took place in 2019, according to CNN. She claimed there were numerous instances of sexual assault during the course of her employment.
Roe claimed during one instance, Brooks allegedly raped her while on a work trip to Los Angeles where Brooks was taping a Grammy tribute performance, according to CNN.
Roe said she traveled with Brooks in a private jet.
“Usually there were others on Brooks’ private jet but this time, Ms. Roe and Brooks were the only two passengers,” the complaint states, according to CNN. “Once in Los Angeles at the hotel, Ms. Roe could not believe that Brooks had booked a hotel suite with one bedroom and she did not have a separate room.”
Roe said Brooks “appeared in the doorway to the bedroom, completely naked” and said she felt “trapped in the room alone with Brooks.”
Roe claimed Brooks continued to tell her his sexual fantasies with more frequency after the alleged rape and claimed he continued to physically grope her.
The complaint alleged Brooks made “repeated remarks” about “having a threesome” with his wife, Trisha Yearwood, according to CNN. (RELATED: Over 100 Men And Women File Sexual Assault Lawsuit Against Diddy, Some Alleged Victims Were Minors)
In addition to sexual assault and battery, the newly filed court documents show Roe accusing Brooks of repeatedly exposing his genitals and buttocks, talking about his sexual fantasies with Roe, regularly changing his clothing in front of Roe and sending explicit text messages, according to CNN.
