Aaron Rodgers Plans On Signing With Steelers: REPORT Aaron Rodgers Plans On Signing With Steelers: REPORT

Aaron Rodgers is headed to the ‘Burgh!

According to a report from ESPN, the future Hall of Famer plans on signing with the Pittsburgh Steelers, which closes out the conversation and skepticism regarding his next move that’s been going on for months. (RELATED: San Francisco 49ers Look To Navy SEALs After Disastrous 2024 Season)

A free agent since his exit from the New York Jets earlier in the offseason, Rodgers intends on flying to Pittsburgh soon and participating in the team’s mandatory minicamp, sources told ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Throughout the entire offseason, the Steelers and Rodgers have been connected to each other, which only ratcheted up following the organization letting both Russell Wilson and Justin Fields go. In the NFL Draft, Pittsburgh also chose to skip out on taking a quarterback with a high pick and it originally looked like Mason Rudolph was going to be their starter heading into the mandatory offseason program.

As some of you already know, I couldn’t stand Aaron Rodgers when he was with the New York Jets, mainly because I’m a Miami Dolphins fan and anything associated with the Jets is a no-go for me. But Rodgers in the Black and Yellow?

I can dig it.

I’ve been to Pittsburgh countless times and have a connection to the city, so it’ll be hard for me to hate anything Rodgers at this point, which I’m grateful for, by the way.

I don’t really want to hate the guy this late in his career.
