A male accuser alleged Diddy drugged and raped him when he was only 10 years old, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
The alleged victim known only as John Doe filed a lawsuit in New York state, Monday, according to TMZ. He claimed he travelled to New York alongside his parents during the summer of 2005 to audition with Diddy, but the famous rapper asked to meet him by himself before getting the family involved.
Doe alleged he was drugged and recalled Diddy telling him “you have to do some stuff you don’t want to do sometimes.” He alleged Diddy revealed his penis and coerced him into oral sex, according to TMZ.
The lawsuit filed by Tony Buzbee said Doe passed out and accused Diddy of raping him while he was in that state, according to TMZ.
Doe said he was promised stardom when he met Diddy at a hotel close to Madison Square Garden. He claimed to have rapped several songs for Diddy, who told him he could be a star. He said in the lawsuit that Diddy then asked him how badly he wanted to become a star, to which he replied he would “do anything.” That’s when he alleged one of Diddy’s camp offered him a soda which made him feel a “little funny,” according to TMZ. Doe believes it was contained GHB or ecstasy, according to the documents.
Doe claimed his pants were open when he cane to. He said in the filing that he was lethargic and still feeling the effects of the alleged drugs. He said he called out for his parents at which point he claimed Diddy threatened to hurt them if he revealed the incident, according to TMZ.
Doe claimed he told his parents but the family did not report the alleged rape to authorities due to the alleged threat from Diddy, according to TMZ.
Doe’s filing said he has experienced ongoing nightmares, and lacked a normal childhood as a result of the alleged rape.
He’s suing Diddy every company the mogul owns for gender-motivated violence and is after damages.
Diddy’s legal team maintains the innocence of the disgraced rapper, according to TMZ.
“The lawyer behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as is obvious from his constant press appearances and 1-800 number. As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false,” they told TMZ. Diddy’s team went on to say, “The truth will prevail: That Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.”
