Oh, California … bunch of nuts.

A transgender (biological male) athlete in California recently won not just one girls’ state high school championship, but two of them, an issue that President Donald Trump tried to eliminate with an executive order that banned trans athletes from competing in female sports.

Well, “The Golden State” is still going against that order, and Monday, they made the move to ratchet things up by slapping the Department of Justice with a lawsuit. (RELATED: ‘I Almost Feel Bad For Her’: Riley Gaines Throws More Fuel Into Simone Biles Fire)

“Forcing a transgender person to live in a manner that does not align with that person’s gender identity, such as requiring a transgender girl to participate in single-sex activities designated for boys, can be extremely harmful to their well-being,” reads the lawsuit.

The suit is an issued response from California to a letter that was sent to them by the Department of Justice that placed a June 9 deadline on the state to switch up their policy on reality-denying and biology for permitting biological males to participate in female sports based on so-called “gender identity.”

I mainly pay attention to these three realms: 1. Politics, 2. Sports and 3. Hip Hop.

When it comes to Hip Hop, Los Angeles and California have a pretty cool culture. When it comes to sports, the coolness decreases a little bit, but the legendary brands maintain the “cool.” And then we get to the politics … holy hell.

Like, seriously, could we be dealing with a bigger clownshow?
