Here we go, ladies and gentlemen! The first Caitlin Clark piece of the new season!
The sold-out crowd at the Carver-Hawkeye Arena got to lay their eyes on superstar Caitlin Clark yet again —however, the circumstances were a little different as she was sporting an Indiana Fever jersey this time. As we all know, Clark attended the University of Iowa.
The Brazil National Team made the trip to Iowa City to square off against the Fever in the latter’s second WNBA preseason game.
During the 108-44 beating by Indiana, Brazilian head coach Leo Figueiro had a moment with Clark in the second quarter, going over to her during a break in the game. (RELATED: Michigan’s Sherrone Moore Suspended Two Games Amid Connor Stalions Scandal Fallout: REPORT)
For the contest, Clark had a mic on, so the basketball world was able to hear the moment shared between the two.
“You’re an amazing player, congratulations,” said Figueiro to Clark, who approached the skipper to check on how he was doing. “You’ve changed the history in basketball.”

I’m curious to see where conservatives stand on Clark after her nonsensical “as a white person, there is privilege” statement, and I think we’re about to find out here very shortly when the new WNBA season gets underway and she takes over the headlines again.
This is one of those moments where I’m going to grab my popcorn, because there’s no telling what’s going to happen there.
