LMAO! You gotta love Chuck!
As we all know, the “NBA on TNT” crew is making the move over to ESPN, and with this being the case, a lot of people are wondering if the woke company will try to crank down personalities such as Charles Barkley and Shaquille O’Neal. Both have no problem calling it how they see it, especially when you’re talking about Barkley.
Barkley has publicly let it be known that he’s not a fan of transgenders in female sports, he’s interviewed with people such as OutKick’s Clay Travis (a huge “no can do” for ESPN employees), and he’s also branded Democrats as “stupid.” Yeah, Charles has done a lot of stuff that ESPN isn’t fond of. After all, they’re a left-wing hole.
But things get even worse for ESPN, as Barkley has criticized the four-letter network in the past, such as blasting their NBA analyst Kendrick Perkins as “an idiot and a fool.” He’s also hammered ESPN for “always talking about the same stuff,” in particular their blatant obsession with the self-proclaimed king LeBron James and his Los Angeles Lakers. Well, Barkley was interviewed Thursday by Dan Dakich of OutKick, and he made it perfectly clear: ESPN ain’t changing a single thing about him.
“I’m going to do what I want to do, nobody is going to tell me what to say,” said Barkley.
Chuck then ratcheted up his thoughts on Perkins, telling Dakich that he “doesn’t know his ass from a hole in the wall” prior to stating that ESPN won’t can him. He’ll get away with it all!
“I make too much money to get fired… if they fire me, they’ve got to pay me for seven more years, and I’m going to quit way before then,” added Barkley. “If they want to fire me, I would love for them to do that.”
