Insanity is sometimes defined as doing the same thing over and over and over again yet expecting a different result each time.

By this definition, the Democratic Party’s brilliant new master plan to salvage its entire brand is quite literally insane. (RELATED: Democrats Bud Lighted Their Entire Brand, And It’s Too Late To Save It)

According to Axios, the Democratic National Committee (DNC) is hiring the very same team behind the Kamala Harris campaign’s X account, @KamalaHQ, to spearhead a new rapid response team for Donald Trump’s second term. Its name? *shudders* @FactPostNews. Its goal? Combat so-called “misinformation” (using, of course, cringe propaganda of its own).

“The Republican disinformation machine is powerful, but we believe a stronger weapon is giving people the facts about how Trump and his administration are screwing over the American people,” Shelby Cole, the DNC’s chief mobilization officer (which sounds like a fake job to me), reportedly said in a statement.

The brilliant minds behind the “Brat summer” and coconut schlock are back, and this time, instead of posting neon-green brat memes for affluent white liberals in Brooklyn and Silver Lake, they are going to meme war against Trump’s “pro-billionaire” economic agenda.

You read that right. Kamala’s keyboard warriors will go to bat for the working-class families their party has spent decades denigrating.

This is like if Modelo hired the Bud Light ad lady behind the Dylan Mulvaney disaster to make their beer more appealing to Hispanic men who work construction. It would be insane.

If the Democratic Party wanted a real rebrand, they’d get Orry Lee Kennedy — a.k.a., “Cornbread Cowboi” — on the horn and ask him to run their socials. They’d do the precise opposite of what they did in November. Sam Hyde, Deshaun Watson, Mary Rooke. Anyone but the @KamalaHQ crowd.

But they are traveling down the road of insanity. They are doing the same thing, hiring the same people, and expecting 2026 to be different.
