Noushin Faraji, an ex-hair stylist at Fox Sports, sued major personalities on the network channel Friday alleging improper sexual advances against her.

Faraji alleged that a Fox Sports executive misused “his position to sexually harass women.” She also claimed that Bayless made inappropriate way contact and sexually propositioned her. Bayless departed from Fox Sports in August after his contract lapsed after spending over a decade at the network and ESPN as a sports commentator, Sports Business Journal reported.
Faraji particularly alleged in her lawsuit that Bayless engaged in inappropriate behavior for years. She claims he began giving her “lingering hugs and kisses on the cheek while putting his body against hers and pressing against her breasts” despite her protestations and later offered her $1.5 million to engage in sex with him. During one such alleged advance, Faraji reminded him that he had a wife. “Aren’t you Muslim? Doesn’t your dad have three to four wives?” Bayless allegedly responded. She claimed that she told Bayless that her father was dead and disengaged from the situation.

Faraji claimed that she received threats from Bayless concerning her employment at Fox Sports. She alleged that she complained to Human Resources and Employment Relations department at Fox Sports on multiple occasions.
Faraji also accused Dixon, the head of content at Fox Sports, of grabbing her butt during a West Hollywood birthday celebration, the lawsuit said. She made the claim to Taylor, a Fox host, who allegedly said she should “get over it.” Faraji alleged that Taylor was sleeping with Dixon at the time and that Taylor said that Dixon controlled both their jobs. Faraji claimrfd she then turned to another co-worker who said that such activity was not surprising ” given Fox’s culture” and recommended that she, a single mother, keep silent.
“This case thus represents yet another in a long line of cases chronicling the toxic culture at Fox, marked by bad faith promises and repeated failures to address a poisonous and entrenched patriarchy,” the lawsuit said.
“We take these allegations seriously and have no further comment at this time given this pending litigation,” Fox Sports said in a statement to Front Office Sports.
“Our client looks forward to being vindicated and hopes this will compel Fox to take meaningful and substantial steps to address and resolve the toxic workplace that has impacted her and many of her colleagues,” Devin Abney, a lawyer for Faraji, said in a statement.
