When you get ready to go into the wild, you truly have no idea what’s about to happen and what you’re going to come across, which is exactly why it’s called the wild. And one of the biggest sights that you see quite a bit is animals going to straight-up battle against one another.
@montanawild_, a popular page on Instagram that’s centered around Yellowstone, recently posted footage of a scrap between a bison and several wolves, and it’s crazy! (RELATED: Bear Caught On Camera Literally Chillin’ In Hot Tub)
A pack of wolves, and they were rollin’ deep, tried to bring down a bison for dinner, but not only did the bison fight the wolves off, but he had backup arrive on the scene as well.

It actually reminds me of a wild clip I saw recently of a pack of wolves chasing after an entire herd of bison:
