This is a large part of the reason why we love hockey! Violence! And lots of it!

The scene that I have for you today comes out of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL), which features clubs from China, Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus. (RELATED: Duke’s Jon Scheyer Appears To Manhandle Clemson Student After Shocking Upset By Tigers)

Now going viral, the video shows two squads from the league giving each other some love in the handshake line following a game. However, the love wouldn’t last long as the goalies from each squad started chirpin’ at each other. Doing so for around a minute, one of the goalies could then be seen grabbing the collar of the other, leading to the opposing goalie slapping his hand away and pushing him. From there, chaos erupted on-screen to the point where the backup goalies even got involved and started brawlin’!

And just wait until you see this goalie go flying! Holy hell!

By the way, absolutely love some of the comments in response to this situation, with this one definitely being my favorite:

LMAO … so true.

But on a serious note, the NHL should consider allowing more violence in the game. They’re consistently trying to figure out a way to boost up their ratings, so why not allow more fights to draw in the crowds?

I guarantee it would work.
