Riley and Jennifer ain’t playing no games!
Recently, the NCAA had apparently switched up their policy on transgender athletes to match the executive order issued by President Donald Trump called “Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports.”
Come to find out, that isn’t the case, and pro-women advocates Riley Gaines and Jennifer Sey aren’t happy about it as both have slammed the NCAA for being “cowards.”
The policy from the NCAA uses the words “sex assigned at birth” when it comes to an athlete’s eligibility. But the problem is, basic science tells us that people are not “assigned sex at birth.” Rather, a person’s sex is based on XX and XY chromosomes. But the NCAA is not going by any factual biology. Hell, they even have in their policy that a female athlete can be determined based on an individual’s “birth record” like people can’t change their birth certificates.
“The new NCAA policy is NOT in compliance with President Trump’s beautifully and thoroughly written Executive Order. It’s in direct contrast,” tweeted Gaines. “The NCAA is governed by cowards.”

XX-XY Athletics founder Jennifer Sey also chimed in with her distaste towards the NCAA’s policy.
“Self ID ain’t it. And that’s all that is required in the NCAA’s new policy. Birth certificates can be changed in all but 6 states,” wrote Sey. “And verification of sex in this policy is a birth certificate. See the problem?”

Birth certificates can be changed in all but 6 states. And verification of sex in this policy is a birth certificate. See the problem? C’mon guys… https://t.co/uwuEBTagrg
