An alleged male victim suing Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs spoke out in a video interview Wednesday with CNN about the alleged attack.
He concealed his identity while on camera for the first time as he spoke about an incident of alleged rape after a white party in the Hamptons. The alleged victim claimed he was hired to work security at one of Diddy’s parties in 2007 and was offered a drink by Diddy. He alleged the drink was laced, and clamed he was sodomized by the music mogul after being forced into an SUV.
The man’s voice and face were concealed as he told his version of events.
“The first drink started to have some effect on me, and I just thought, ‘Wow, these are really strong drinks,’” he told CNN.
“It wasn’t until the second drink — and it was already too late — that I realized that there was something wrong with the drinks,” he said.
“Sadly, Sean Combs was waiting in the wings,” he claimed. “He was watching from some sort of vantage point and once I was in a helpless position and he was sure that he was in a position of power, then he took advantage of the situation.”
CNN’s Elizabeth Wagmeister said the alleged victim claimed Diddy forced him into an SUV.
An excerpt of the man’s lawsuit was read aloud during the interview.
“Plaintiff was held down by Combs who overpowered him while he struggled to escape due to the effects of the drugs in his system,” the lawsuit read, according to CNN.
The alleged victim claimed Diddy sodomized him inside the van.
“I was screaming, telling him to stop,” the man said.
“It was incredibly painful, and he was acting like it was nothing, and he seemed to be disconnected from it,” the alleged victim told CNN. “It was abusive beyond belief.”
The alleged victim recently amended his initial legal filing submitted to court in October by his lawyer, Tony Buzbee, according to TMZ. The two major changes noted in his amendment were surrounding the date the party was held in and his marital status. Diddy’s attorneys told TMZ, “After Buzbee was exposed this week for pressuring clients to bring bogus cases against Mr. Combs, and after public records showed that — contrary to his allegations — there was no white party in the Hamptons in 2006, Buzbee amended this complaint to walk back the allegations and now claim a different day and wholly different year.”
