Photo evidence of vials allegedly used by Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and his staffers to slip the date-rape drug into drinks were reportedly filed in court.
An alleged victim provided images of the plastic vials allegedly employed to put GHB into the drinks of unsuspecting victims alongside photos of the disgraced mogul dancing at a party, according to Page Six. The images were part of a 19-page document filed Sunday in New York federal court by lawyer Tony Buzbee, and were reportedly taken at a party held at the Planet Hollywood Hotel while Diddy was amongst vodka and women, according to Page Six.
Buzbee said he represents over 120 alleged victims that have come forward with allegations against Diddy, and his latest filing alleges Diddy sexually assaulted no less than seven victims, including a then-13-year-old, according to Page Six. This alleged female victim is the one that claimed Diddy and two additional celebrities raped her at an afterparty following the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards event.
“Combs aggressively approached Plaintiff with a crazed look in his eyes, grabbed her and said, ‘You are ready to party!’” the court documents said, according to Page Six.
Buzbee said he filed no less than five new civil lawsuits in New York’s Southern District of New York during this week, and noted that one of the men and all three women alleged that Diddy drugged them, according to Page Six.
Diddy’s team pushed back against the allegations in a statement issued to Page Six.
“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — adult or minor, man or woman,” they said.
Diddy was arrested and charged with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution in September, and remains behind bars after two failed attempts at bail. (RELATED: Alleged Rape Video Added To Diddy’s Mounting Legal Woes In New Legal Filing: REPORT)
He remains incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York.
