Jesse James filed for a restraining order against his estranged wife, former porn star Bonnie Rotten (Alaina Hicks), alleging domestic abuse and claiming she abused their pets.
James filed documents in court, Wednesday, following Hicks’ divorce petition and her own request for a restraining order, according to TMZ. James is requesting that Rotten be ordered to stay 100 feet away from him and their son Bishop until they take the matter to court for a custody hearing. James claimed Hicks broke his wrist and dislocated his thumb when she kicked him from behind as he was departing their residence following a serious argument, according to TMZ.
James said a number of such incidents unfolded, including an altercation that involved Hicks allegedly creating a hole in his neck using a thumbnail while pregnant with Bishop, according to TMZ. He claimed Hicks has frequently struck the family’s cats and dogs and he’s concerned that Bishop is now imitating alleged the abusive acts with their pet cats.
Hicks alleged in her own filing for a restraining order that James has been physical toward her. She claimed that he slapped her in the face and that she didn’t kick him during the altercation that led to his broken finger. Hicks allegedly insisted that she slammed a door that accidentally hurt James at that time, and alleged that he replied by striking her in the throat, according to TMZ.
Hicks told TMZ she moved out of the residence with Bishop to keep them safe and filed for divorce, at which time she claimed James began making false accusations against her. She said the claims he made were “part of his ongoing attempt to manipulate and gaslight me.”
“For the safety and well-being of our child, I will not engage in litigating this matter in the press. I trust the legal process to address these issues appropriately and respectfully ask for privacy during this time,” she told TMZ. (RELATED: Jonathan Majors Engaged One Year After Trial Ends)
