Kelly Clarkson unleashed her divorce rage by dissing her ex-husband in an epic holiday video.
Clarkson posted a YouTube video Thursday showcasing four stockings hung on a perfectly decorated mantel. One was labelled “mom,” and the other two were labelled with the names of her children, River and Remy. The fourth stocking, though, was labelled with one very powerful word: “nope.”
She gave big “F-you” vibes Brandon Blackstock, her former husband, while simultaneously promoting her album, “When Christmas Comes Around … Again.” Her music was playing in the background, making this little insult video even sweeeter.
The holidays aren’t always easy, with family dynamics often coming into play. This year, Clarkson decided to call it like she sees it.
The singer smeared her success in her ex’s face, and fans were all for it. The crass stocking detail had fans cracking jokes in the comments section, many praising Clarkson for not holding back on how she really felt about her personal life.
“WHOAH! That ‘nope’ is crazy 😂😂. Incredible album too btw,” one fan wrote.
“Love this so much, I love that Kelly is healing and happy,” another user wrote.
“NOPE!!! I’m dying over here!!! Love it!”
Clarkson’s supporters said they viewed the “nope” as “so healing,” and commended her for putting her real self out there.
Clarkson’s die-hard fans are all too aware of her split with Blackstock in 2021 — and if you thought she was over it by now, she’s set the record straight.
Blackstock is Clarkson’s former manager who allegedly told her she wasn’t “hot enough” to land judging role on “The Voice.” (RELATED: ‘It Rips You Apart’: Kelly Clarkson Details Painful Divorce)
She managed to clinch that spot despite his doubts.
