Kid Rock remained staunchly supportive of Trump’s efforts to deport illegal immigrants, despite an ICE shakeup at his own restaurant.
Kid Rock’s Big Ass Honky Tonk Rock N’ Roll Steakhouse closed early May 10 when managers told anyone without legal status to go home to avoid sweeping ICE raids that were rumored to be taking place in the area. Taste Of Country reported that the kitchen was ultimately cleared out. The famous rocker issued a statement shortly after the closure, effectively distancing himself from the restaurant and declaring his full support of Trump’s efforts to rid America of illegal citizens.

“Clearly I do not have anything to do with day to day operations at my Honky Tonk – but it’s good click bait, I get it,” Kid Rock wrote May 19 on X.
“That being said I 100% support getting illegal criminals out of our country no matter where they are,” the rocker wrote, making it clear that he didn’t take issue with holding his own establishment accountable if they had, in fact, hired illegal workers.
Kid Rock continued, “I also like President Trump want to speed up the process of getting GREAT immigrants into our country – LEGALLY!”

The famous singer lashed out against those on the left that celebrated the idea that Trump’s policies were harming his own supporters, by pushing back on the narrative.
