And the clownshow continues!
Even though the vast majority of the United States rejects transgenderism, school boards continue to get more and more radical when it comes to their activism supporting it. And unfortunately, we have a fresh example, as a new lawsuit has been filed in federal court by the Institute for Free Speech that supports a parent who … well … understands basic science.
Beth Scaer, a parent in New Hampshire, happened to speak out against transgender (biological male) athletes participating in female sports, particularly in high school. She did this in 2024 at a school board meeting, however, it resulted in her being cut off almost instantly. Afterwards, the board issued a threat to have her removed by police for being in violation of a policy regarding “derogatory comments.”
And what exactly did the parent do wrong? (RELATED: Top Democrats Scurry Away Like Cockroaches When Pressed About Alleged Trans Study)
Branding a trans athlete, who was competing in girls’ soccer, a “tall boy.”
Yes, you read that right.
Fortunately, Scaer isn’t putting up with the school board and their idiocy. Recently, a federal lawsuit was filed by the Institute for Free Speech and local counsel Roy S. McCandless, doing so in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire. The defendant of the case is Kearsarge Regional School Board.
Via a press release from the Institute of Free Speech, the lawsuit makes the allegation that the board enforcing their policy regarding “derogatory comments” is them weaponizing it to keep parents quiet on sensitive issues.
A Nashua woman filed a lawsuit in federal court Thursday claiming her First Amendment rights were violated when she was “silenced and threatened with police” after referring to a trans athlete on a girls soccer team as a “tall boy” at a meeting. https://t.co/tz1N06gM4d
