We’ve approached an era where NFL team’s schedule releases are now digital events, with the Los Angeles Chargers being at the top of the list in terms of franchises who know how to do it best. From using creativity and comedy to referencing pop culture, the Bolts are on their A-game with this stuff, but some are saying that some jokes used against rivals might just go a little too far sometimes. And, of course, one of the sensitive entities partaking in that mindset is none other than CNN. The left-wing rag recently asked Megan Julian, Los Angeles‘ Director of Digital and Social Media, how far is too far when it comes to jokes. And, well, Julian gave an absolutely brilliant response, and cooked CNN like a burger on 4th of July!
“Luckily we work at a place that values social and the ability to make a joke,” said Julian. “And that not everything has to be serious all the time.”
