Murphy Aficionado, who said he previously served as Kanye West’s project manager, reportedly sued the singer in a case that involves some startling details.
The plaintiff sued Thursday for discrimination, a hostile atmosphere of employment, unpaid wages and retaliation, according to TMZ. He said he was terminated in 2023.
Alicionado’s lawsuit filed by attorney William Reed said West called him to the room of a Beverly Hills hotel in November 2022. He alleged that he saw the rapper without a shirt and out of breath with his pants open. He claimed Bianca Censori was topless and using her hands to cover her breasts, and it was clear to him that the two had recently had sex, according to TMZ. He was allegedly exposed to more raunchy behavior and antisemitic comments that were unfit for a professional appointment.
Aficionado claimed Kanye then went back to the room where Censori lay topless after saying “wait right here. Do NOT leave,” according to TMZ. He said in the lawsuit that he could hear “loud moaning and clapping” moments later. The court documents claimed that West called Candace Owens’ former lawyer a “Jewish spy” during the incident.
During the visit, Aficionado said Ye returned as though nothing out of the ordinary had happened, according to TMZ. The rapper allegedly reentered wearing a t-shirt with a swastika on it and asked, “don’t you like my shirt?”
The lawsuit alleged that West continued to behave in a manner that was inappropriate during what was supposed to be a business meeting, according to TMZ. Aficionado claimed that the rapper took a seat next to him and revealed nude photographs of Kim Kardashian. He went on to say West called him back for another appointment that week that was also hosted at a hotel, according to TMZ. During this appointment Aficionado alleged that West was in the company of a famous NFL wide receiver, and both men were wearing nothing but towels around their waists as they were preparing to receive massages. He claimed that he was left to stay in the uncomfortable environment as “clapping and moaning” came from the bedroom. He said in the lawsuit that he perceived the sounds to be West and the masseuse having sex. He alleged that the NFL star went in when West was done and the sex sounds resumed.
