First lady Melania Trump nabbed her first magazine cover since returning to the White House, appearing as the cover model for the February 2025 edition of Hello Magazine.
The magazine introduced the first lady with the printed caption, “This is Melania 2.0,” alongside a stunning black and white photo as they unveiled the striking new version of Mrs. Trump. Melania wore a sleek, strapless black dress with a jacket around her shoulders, and sunglasses framing her face. The teasers on the cover page read, “Behind the scenes of her happy marriage,” “Her special connection with son Barron,” “Hands-on White House renovations,” and “Surprising off-duty style choices.” Hello Magazine prefaced their exclusive content with a bold teaser: “Melania Trump invites us into her world.”

Make no doubt about it, Melania has debuted a bolder, more confident version of herself as she takes her place in the White House for the second time. The ever-elusive First Lady is taking a whole new approach to the spotlight this time around.
“In a world exclusive, FLOTUS’ inner circle take us behind the scenes to reveal how the president’s wife is back – and ready to take the world by storm,” Hello Magazine, a global outlet that covers celebrity and royal news, wrote.
“Looking directly into the camera and exuding a no-nonsense confidence, the new first lady means business. Dressed in a sleek, crisp outfit that wouldn’t look out of place in an executive boardroom, this is Melania Trump 2.0, an impressive and independent strong woman who knows what she wants and how she’s going to get it,” the publication wrote in their introduction.
They went on to say that Melania is “ready to embrace the responsibility that comes with being one of the planet’s most recognisable women.”

The interview included exclusive insight from Melania’s official photographer Regine Mahaux, who captured the images for the Hello Magazine cover.
“She’s always been hands on, but she’s more free nowadays to make a statement,” Mahaux told the publication.
“She’s a different person than she was eight years ago and has always been true to herself. This time, it feels like a different energy with new people that the president has surrounded himself with,” he said.

Giving rare details about what Melania is like behind the scenes, he continued, “she’s always behind her husband. He’s in the light; she doesn’t need the light. She’s a very good number two.
