Imagine Dame if Giannis got traded to Miami… (LMAO)
According to CBS Sports’ Bill Reiter, there are multiple executives in the NBA that are saying that Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo could potentially be traded here in the 2024-25 campaign. And that the anticipation of that possibly happening is widespread throughout the league.
“Teams are circling—and hopeful,” stated one Western Conference franchise executive who remained anonymous. (RELATED: Celtics’ Joe Mazzulla Wants NBA To ‘Bring Back Fighting’ And I Couldn’t Be More On Board With This Idea)
A second executive told Reiter that if Antetokounmpo was shipped out of Milwaukee by the trade deadline (Feb. 6), they “wouldn’t be surprised.”
Reiter also reports that a third executive, who represents an Eastern Conference organization, stated that Antetokounmpo would prefer to be traded to either the Miami Heat or Brooklyn Nets.
This season, Antetokounmpo has averaged a double-double stat line of 28.8 points-per-game and 11.8 rebounds-per-game. The Bucks are 1-3 to begin the campaign.

I’d be so mad if I was Damian Lillard and Giannis ended up getting traded to Miami — if you don’t remember, Dame demanded the Portland TrailBlazers to send him to the Heat in their whole trade debacle, but he ultimately landed in Milwaukee despite his wishes. A situation like that would be straight up comedy.
With that being said though, I’ve learned from the past decade not to get my hopes up anymore when it comes to Miami actually landing a superstar, it’s been nothing but talk after the Big 3.
That bodes well for Dame as far as potential embarrassment, which should actually drive the Heat to pull the trigger. Do it for the comedy!
