Netflix Releases Highly Anticipated ‘Stranger Things’ Teaser For Season 5

Netflix released a teaser clip Wednesday for season 5 of “Stranger Things” and revealed the titles for all eight upcoming episodes.

The series confirmed a 2025 release date, giving fans a lot to look forward to for the highly anticipated final season. The season will begin with “The Crawl” and will lead into “The Vanishing Of…” but Netflix wasn’t willing to reveal too much details wise. It alluded to the disappearance of a character, yet devoted fans will have to wait until the calendar flips to 2025 before they can find out more.

Episode 3 is titled, “The Turnbow Trap” and will be followed by “Sorcerer” and “Shock Jock,” respectively. Episode 6 is titled, “Escape from Camazotz,” which will be followed by “The Bridge” and finally, the series finale, “The Bridge.” The final episode seemingly gives a nod to the path between the real world and the world that Vecna and the monsters inhabit.

The fifth season will be set in November 1987, a dramatic difference from season 4, which was set in March 1986.

Production on the fifth season of “Stranger Things” was delayed as a result of the Hollywood strikes, which left fans wondering how the main characters that began in the series as kids in 2016 would be de-aged since they are now well into their twenties.

“Stranger Things” stars Millie Bobby Brown as Eleven, Finn Wolfhard as Mike, Noah Schnapp as Will, Caleb McLaughlin as Lucas, Gaten Matarazzo as Dustin, as well as Sadie Sink as Max, and of course Winona Ryder as Joyce.
