Just when you think NIL couldn’t be more elevated, here we are!
A sports apparel company known as XX-XY Athletics, who has been open about their stance regarding protecting female sports, is launching a name, image and likeness (NIL) program for student-athletes who have the same quest, according to an exclusive piece from OutKick.
Jennifer Sey, the founder of XX-XY Athletics, hasn’t been scared to let people know that she’s against transgenders partaking in women’s sports and invading the spaces of females. (RELATED: Boxer Imane Khelif, Who Robbed Woman Of Gold Medal In Olympics, Is Most-Googled Athlete Of 2024)
Sey and XX-XY Athletics are creating a brand called GXME CHXNGERs, which will be the first NIL program ever that’s exclusive for females who have the belief that women’s sports are just for the ladies themselves.
“While some athletic brands believe winning is everything, we define winning differently,” XX-XY Athletics told OutKick in a statement. “That’s why we recognize and partner with female athletes who are true game changers, not just on the court, but off of it. And we want to help amplify their voices.”
GXME CHXNGERs already has three members, all Mountain West volleyball players who had to play with or face off against transgender player Blaire Fleming, who played for San Jose State: Brooke Slusser (San Jose State), Macey Boggs (Wyoming) and Sia Liilii (Nevada, Reno).

And this is how we win culture wars … Keep up the good work, XX-XY Athletics.
