People are still sleeping on my Canes, I see…
The Oregon Ducks are now the fourth program in the 2024 campaign to be ranked No. 1 in The Associated Press college football poll, putting them in the top position Sunday for the first time since 2012 following Texas suffering a home defeat to Georgia.
Vanderbilt is back in the poll after 11 years at the No. 25 spot, and in other major developments, defending national champion Michigan dropped out after they lost a second consecutive game to bring them down to 4-3 on the season. Rounding out the top 10 is No. 6 Miami, No. 7 Tennessee, No. 8 LSU, No. 9 Clemson and No. 10 Iowa State.

The disrespect to the Miami Hurricanes is absolutely unreal.
I agree with the top four, Oregon and Georgia deserve the two top spots and Ohio State and Penn State shouldn’t move at all with not having a game Saturday, but the Canes should at least be in the No. 4 spot over Texas. We’re an undefeated 7-0 with the 2nd toughest schedule in the nation and the leading candidate for the Heisman Trophy.
You damn right we deserve to be at No. 4, but it’s like what we say in the 3-0-5, “they hate us ’cause they ain’t us” — and here we go again with the anti-Miami nonsense.
