Police reportedly cited “Flip or Flop” star Tarek El Moussa for battery June 5 at the Palazzo at the Venetian Resort in Las Vegas.
Law enforcement sources told TMZ the HGTV star was involved in a physical altercation with another male. Witnesses who were present during the alleged altercation told the outlet that El Moussa delivered a forceful knee to the other man’s head and knocked him out cold. One witness told TMZ the incident was “bad” and said the man appeared to be roughed up.
A separate source told the outlet that El Moussa stepped in to defend his elderly father during an alleged confrontation between his dad and the other man, but didn’t specify what may have transpired between the men.

While the details surrounding what triggered the fight remain unclear, TMZ reported the alleged incident escalated quite quickly from a verbal exchange to a physical one. Some of the outlet’s sources claimed police were called to investigate the matter and took a crime report. It is believed that they cited El Moussa for battery but did not arrest him.

Heather shared Instagram snaps during her family’s trip to Las Vegas and showed video clips of her loved ones enjoying their time on vacation.
El Moussa has not publicly shared any information about the night in question.
