A professional athlete has been linked to litigation against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, and is being hailed as a hero for stopping an alleged assault.
An alleged male victim filed papers Oct. 20 claiming Diddy exposed his genitals to him at a promotional party for Combs’ Ciroc Vodka, according to People. He said Diddy appeared intoxicated at the time. The alleged victim claimed Diddy then grabbed him by the genitals in a “rough and sexual manner” and said the “situation escalated” until the professional athlete appeared and put an end to the alleged assault.

The alleged male victim said the professional athlete was the one responsible for abruptly putting an end to the alleged assault, according to People.
He said the event included various high-profile guests. The plaintiff said he owns a luxury car and jewelry rental operation and alleged that he was told to meet Combs in a personal office in the vicinity, according to People.

The alleged victim was among five individuals that filed lawsuits against Diddy in New York’s Southern District on Sunday, and only one of them was a female, according to People.
Combs’ attorneys continue to deny the allegations that have been mounting against the disgraced music mogul.
“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone—adult or minor, man or woman,” they said in a statement to People.

Combs was arrested in September and charged with sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty and is being held in federal custody in Brooklyn. (RELATED: Diddy’s Children Speak Out About Their Father For First Time Since Arrest)
Combs’ criminal trial is scheduled to begin May 2025.
There has been no information released about the professional athlete that is being hailed as a hero for putting a stop to the alleged assault.
