Floridian resident Joseph Manzaro reportedly sued Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs on allegations of sexual assault, rape and humiliation, claiming that big stars saw him being led around in a penis hat.
Manzaro said the incident happened at a freak-off party in Miami in April 2015 and claimed Jay-Z, Beyoncé, LeBron James and Gloria Estefan were present amid the humiliation he allegedly endured according to TMZ, citing a lawsuit. He said the party was connected to a birthday celebration for King Combs and claimed he was drugged and paraded around in a penis hat in front of party attendees after being forced into what he said were non-consensual sexual acts, according to TMZ.

The court documents claimed Manzaro was drugged and taken to Star Island, according to TMZ. He claimed he was brought through the back entrance of Emilio and Gloria Estefan’s mansion and Gloria saw his “drug-induced stupor” and expressed concern by demanding someone call an ambulance to assist him. Mazaro alleged Emilio quieted Gloria and ushered her away, at which point he claimed James was waling in a hallway wearing only a bath towel.
He alleged James looked him over and said, “Y’all better do something about that!” according to TMZ.
Manzaro alleged former porn-star Adria English took him through a secret tunnel to Diddy’s mansion where he managed to regain some consciousness in a party area featuring Beyoncé and Jay-Z. He claimed Beyoncé noticed him and asked, “What’s this? What’s this all about? Why is this half-naked white man with a cock mask standing here in front of me?”
The documents allege Diddy’s goons told Beyoncé, “Diddy wants him to see what we do to snitches. This is part of his punishment.”

Manzaro alleged that he was paraded around multiple rooms as people taunted him and Diddy ordered that he be humiliated, TMZ reported. “He’s gonna find out what we do to snitches tonight. Get him undressed!” Diddy said, according to the lawsuit.
He claimed he was undressed and put into a thong bikini bottom and a black leather mask accompanied by a rubber dam coercively inserted and zipped shut atop his head. Manzaro claimed a locking sex device that extended from his mouth was affixed to the mask. Diddy and Adria allegedly coerced him into humiliating and non-consensual acts.
The lawsuit claimed celebrity jeweler Jacob Arabo was in attendance and was clearly disturbed by Manzaro’s attire.

TMZ said they confirmed Diddy threw a 17th birthday celebration for his son in April 2015, but reported that Manzaro’s allegations did not match prosecutors’ statements in federal court documents. TMZ also claimed their records showed Jay-Z was in New York City to speak at an event on April 1, 2015.
Manzaro named Diddy, Emilio, English and Diddy’s alleged drug mule Brendan Paul in his lawsuit, which also cites allegations of human trafficking. (RELATED: Could The Case Against ‘Diddy’ Have Gone Up In LA Wildfire Flames?)
Jay-Z, Beyoncé, LeBron, Gloria and Jacob were not named in this legal filing, according to TMZ.
