Police reportedly arrested Francesca Eastwood, Clint Eastwood’s daughter, on charges of felony domestic violence Saturday.
Beverly Hills Police Department (BHPD) Lt. Andrew Myers said officers responded to a call for a possible domestic violence incident at a safety zone at their headquarters, he told the Los Angeles Times on Tuesday.
“Officers conducted an investigation, and based on statements and injuries, Francesca Ruth Fisher Eastwood of Los Angeles was arrested for a felony, PC 273.5 – Domestic Violence, and was booked at BHPD Jail,” Myers told the outlet.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s jail records indicate that Eastwood, 31, was booked at 11:13 p.m. and her bail was set at $50,000, according to the outlet. No information regarding her release date is known at this time, but she was expected to appear in court Tuesday morning.
Information surrounding the alleged incident or the individuals involved have not been made public at time of publication.
Los Angeles County Superior Court records indicate the famous actor’s daughter was previously arrested on DUI charges in 2015. That case was dismissed after she plead no contest, the outlet reported.
Eastwood appears to have been active on Instagram following her arrest but has not publicly addressed the matter.
