Music producer Quincy Jones died from pancreatic cancer, his death certificate reportedly revealed.

The family issued a joint statement after Jones’ passing, calling his death “an incredible loss,” the outlet reported.
Jones’ daughter, “Parks and Recreation” star Rashida Jones, honored her father on Nov. 8, sharing a heartfelt message about growing up in the presence of his greatness.

“He was a giant. An icon. A culture shifter. A genius,” she wrote. “All accurate descriptions of my father but his music (and ALL of his work) was a channel for his love. He WAS love.
