REPORT: Shocking New Allegations Emerge Surrounding Resurfacing Of Diddy’s Assault Video REPORT: Shocking New Allegations Emerge Surrounding Resurfacing Of Diddy’s Assault Video

A man who worked as a security supervisor for the InterContinental Hotel in Century City, Los Angeles, reportedly testified in court June 3 that Diddy paid him for the Cassie Ventura assault video.

The prosecution summoned Eddy Garcia to the stand and questioned him about the now-infamous video that appeared to show Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs beating his then-girlfriend in the lobby of the hotel, according to TMZ. He was questioned regarding a specific date during the week of March 10, 2016. Garcia claimed Kristina Khorram, then Diddy’s chief of staff for Combs Enterprises, called him to asking about the footage. He later claimed Diddy paid him a hefty fee in exchange for the footage, according to TMZ.

Garcia alleged that he was later told that Khorram was in the hotel’s lobby. He claimed she and Diddy wanted possession of the video tape, testifying that at one point he told Khorram off the record that the content was bad. He claimed he told Khorram to contact hotel management or secure a subpoena for the footage. He testified that she later put Diddy on the phone and he flexed his fame, then demanded the tape, according to TMZ.

Garcia claimed he once again denied a request to turn over the video.

He told the court that Khorram and Diddy then reached out to him through his own personal phone and Diddy expressed concern that the video could ruin his career. The security supervisor testified that he told Diddy he lacked access to the footage but Diddy made it clear he could take care of him. He alleged that this was an offer of money for the footage.

Garcia told the court he spoke with his superior, Bill Medrano, who allegedly told the security head he would complete Diddy’s request for $50,000. Garcia contacted Khorram, who put Diddy on the phone, and Diddy labeled him an “angel” before agreeing to the deal, according to man’s court testimony.

Garcia alleged that Medrano entered the hotel’s server room and turned over a USB device containing the video to Garcia. Diddy allegedly asked him if it was the only copy and expressed concern about the footage being on “the cloud.” Garcia claimed that he contacted Medrano and got confirmation that the footage was no longer on the server, according to TMZ.

Garcia claimed Diddy contacted Ventura on FaceTime and she said she did not want the video made public because her movie was about to be released.

The security head told the court Diddy desired the IDs of Garcia, Medrano and the security officer who responded to the incident, Israel Florez. Florez previously alleged Diddy offered him money when he reached the 6th floor on the day of the incident with Ventura, according to TMZ.

Garcia claimed Medrano said the two of them and a different security officer connected to the incident, Henry Elias, would provide their IDs.

Garcia told the court that NDAs were revealed and the “liquidated damages “were noted as being $1 million. He testified that his wage was $10.50 per hour then, and alleged that he personally saw Diddy putting hundred-dollar bills into a counting machine that displayed “$100,000” after finishing.

Garcia testified that he understood that the additional $50,000 was for him and Florez. He claimed the $100,000 was turned over in a paper bag and an anonymous security guard and Khorram observed. Garcia claimed he gave Medrano $50,000 and Elias $20,000 and said he acquired a used car with his portion of the cash, according to TMZ.

Garcia testified that law enforcement reached out but he withheld the truth because he didn’t want to be part of the investigation.
