Get ’em, ladies!
Earlier in February, the NCAA issued updates for its transgender policy after President Donald Trump signed an executive order attempting to ban biological males from participating in female sports.
When just glancing at things, it appears that the NCAA adopted the policy of just straight up keeping transgenders out of female sports. However, that ended up not being the case.
When it comes to how they determine the eligibility of an athlete, the NCAA updated its policy with the words, “sex assigned at birth.” (RELATED: Donald Trump, Elon Musk Get Support From Former NFL Superstar Le’Veon Bell Amid Nonsensical DOGE Criticism)
“Sex Assigned at Birth: The male or female designation doctors assign to infants at birth, which is marked on their birth records,” the policy reads.
In other words, the NCAA‘s policy on trans athletes doesn’t require one to be a female to participate in women’s sports. The individual just has to have female listed on their birth certificate. The problem: Anybody can change a birth certificate.
That’s what Riley Gaines and other pro-women advocates are hammering home in a new commercial from XX-XY Athletics, and it’s powerful.

The NCAA actually fascinates me with this whole thing.
At this particular point, are they actually on the nonsensical side of wanting transgenders to compete in women’s sports? Or is this all a power struggle with President Trump?
I’m skeptical for the simple fact that the NCAA has a history of being power-hungry, this would just be another episode.
Just something to think about … regardless, the NCAA is clownish either way.
