After suffering an accidental injury on a hunting trip, country music star Riley Green was forced to go to the hospital.
For the last two years, Green has put up an incredible run in the realm of country music, but that’s not the only talent that he has. When he’s not putting out hits (or “slaps” as the kids call them), he ventures out into the wild as a hunter. And this isn’t just some hobby for Green — he happens to be grade-A at it. With that being said, however, things ended up taking a wrong turn Sunday.
Taking to Instagram, Green posted a story that revealed that he had to visit the emergency room after a nail went right through his foot while he was hunting.
A country music star was hospitalized following a very random hunting accident.

Now some of you may be asking yourself, “how on earth did he manage to stand on a nail while hunting out in the wild?”
Speaking as somebody from Florida, and as someone who is used to rednecks all across this state doing their thing and other general wild people adding to the mix, you find random ish all over the place. And I’m sure the same thing can be said about areas across the South, and I say this as a southerner.
So with that being said, it doesn’t shock me whatsoever to see this happen to a country music singer.
