Wembanyama was absolutely incredible, scoring a career-high with 50 points, which made him both the youngest center ever in NBA history and the fourth-youngest overall to accomplish the feat. Wemby was lights out shooting 18-of-29, and his performance was made even more flabbergasting with an 8-of-16 mark from the three-point line.

Oh, but Victor Wembanyama’s historic night doesn’t stop there. With the threes that he hit, he also put himself as the first-ever center in league history to have three consecutive games where he knocked down at least 5 shots from behind the arc.

We all knew what the Spurs were getting when they first picked him, and this is exactly it.
