Tell me where Charles is wrong …
The NBA world was completely stunned after the New York Knicks decided to fire head coach Tom Thibodeau, which shut down a five-year tenure that brought along quite the success.
Most people across the basketball world have blasted the Knicks for the move, and that criticism has only increased since the Knicks made it obvious with their actions that they never had a plan in terms of a replacement. And on top of that, they still owe Thibodeau a whopping $30 million, with all of that money being guaranteed. NBA legend Charles Barkley completely ripped the decision from the Knicks, branding it a “stupid” move by New York’s hierarchy.
“The Knicks gotta be the stupidest damn people in the world,” said Barkley.
“You don’t fire no good coach like that and don’t have a plan.” 👀

I think pretty much everybody in the media agreed right off the bat that the Knicks made a bad move by firing Tom Thibodeau, but now that we’re here and they’re getting denied left and right to speak with potential coaching candidates, and clearly had no plan, it’s embarrassing as hell for the Knicks.
It explains why they haven’t won a championship since 1973, just a horribly run organization.
Should’ve just kept Thibs, New York. Should’ve just kept Thibs.
