And the winner is…

The 2025 Masters is almost here (thank the good Lord!), and with the PGA’s and LIV’s best being on the same course together, you better believe I’m going to have my popcorn ready. And isn’t it just about the beauty of watching The Masters, but some of us like to slap $50 on a golfer and ride them out in a bet, which makes the question of “who’s going to win?” even more crucial.

Well, get your wallets out if you’re a fellow sports bettor, because a supercomputer may have given the answer that we can rely on. (RELATED: Gargantuan Alligator Spotted On Kiawah Ocean Course, And Quite Frankly, Dinosaurs Are Still Amongst Us)

A supercomputer from Oddspedia simulated the 2025 edition of The Masters a total of 1,000 times. The brand used betting odds, gained strokes, driving distance and shot accuracy to get the answer.

Scottie Scheffler, the No. 1-ranked golfer in the world, has been given the best percentage to win the green jacket with a 33.96% mark. Up next, they have the No. 2-ranked golfer Rory McIlroy with a 23.63% chance to win The Masters.

What makes this simulation so interesting is that Scheffler and McIlroy are heavy favorites, because the golfer with the third best chance is all the way down at 5.14% — that would be my man Bryson DeChambeau. That’s who I’m personally betting on, by the way.

So there you have it: Scottie Scheffler and Rory McIlroy are most likely to win, per the supercomputer, but I’ll stick with Bryson.
