Adriana Lima is getting ready to put on her angel wings and strut her stuff on the Victoria’s Secret runway.
The world famous supermodel announced her return to the 2024 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in a clever ad campaign released Monday on social media. Lima modeled lingerie for the organization since 2000 and parted ways with the brand in 2018. She’s making a comeback and the exciting announcement was shared on Victoria’s Secret Instagram account.
“Hey, we’ve been keeping a secret, but we just can’t do it anymore!” the video’s caption reads.
The stunning show will feature some of the world’s top models and will air Oct. 15 at 7:00 p.m. (eastern time) on Prime Video or Victoria’s Secret YouTube, TikTok or Instagram accounts.
Lima’s return is sure to thrill fans that have followed her modeling career for decades, including the 20 years and 18 fashion shows with Victoria’s Secret.
The promotional video showed the fresh-faced model entering a New York City taxi cab and when asked where he should drive to, Lima simply replied, “Home. I’m going home.”
The driver responded by saying, “I don’t know where the fuck you live!”
Lima cracked a wide smile before she said, “Can you drop me off at the Victoria’s Secret show?”
Lima then stared right into the camera and declared, “I’m back!”
Fans of the 43-year-old supermodel were also teased by the fashion brand’s advertisement on social media.
