Video circulating online seems to show former Eagles guitarist Don Felder suffering a medical emergency Thursday while performing on a cruise ship in Miami.
The video showed Felder engaging with the audience while strumming his guitar as part of The Rock Legend Cruise. He seemed to be in good spirits but things took a sudden turn when fans noticed Felder stumbling while performing the classic Eagles hit “Tequila Sunrise.” The musician stopped playing his guitar and appeared to struggle to maintain his balance. A crew member quickly rushed to his aid and held him up as she quickly escorted him offstage.
Medical professionals aboard the ship rushed to Felder’s aid as shocked fans were left wondering if he was okay after the apparent health issue.
Fans shouted out words of support as the legendary rocker exited the stage.
Felder’s team issued a statement Friday on Felder’s Instagram Story.

“We appreciate everyone’s concern regarding Don Felder’s abrupt stop to his show last night on the Rock Legends Cruise,” they wrote on social media.
“After receiving medical attention he was deemed to be suffering from dehydration. He was given fluids, and is feeling much better,” they said.
The statement continued, “To ensure he has ample time to rehydrate and recover fully, we are working on rescheduling today’s shows and adjusting the remainder of the cruise schedule accordingly. Thank you for your understanding, and remember – drink your water!”

The Rock Legends Cruise includes legends Styx, John Waite, Foghat, Robin Tower, and Alice Cooper, according to the website.
